About The Position

The Program Support Assistant performs a variety of administrative/clerical support functions for the Department. Schedule needed is Wednesday through Friday from 11pm to 7am and Saturday from 7pm to 7am (36 hours/week) There could be need for change in the future pending business needs Who We Are Inventing better care, day by day by discovery Sound outrageous? Requirements

  • Minimum of two (2) years of previous secretarial/administrative work experience in an office setting.
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Office applications & e-mail/calendaring.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Performs administrative/clerical duties independently and without direct supervision.
  • Physical - Lifting less than 20 lbs.
  • Activities - Prolonged sitting
  • Strong recall, Reasoning, Problem solving, Hearing, Speak clearly, Write legibly, Reading, Logical thinking
  • Steady pace
  • Able to handle multiple priorities
  • Able to adapt to frequent change

Nice To Haves

  • Three (3) years of previous secretarial/administrative work experience in an office setting.
  • Previous experience in a health care setting.
  • Post High School coursework in Business, Accounting or closely related field.
