This Program Support Specialist is responsible for assisting the Health Science programs with coordinating, organizing and performing the day-to-day administrative duties related to teaching, research and functions for the College of Health Sciences’ Diagnostic Sonography, Diagnostic Cardiovascular Sonography, Occupational Therapy Assistant, Radiologic Technology and Massage Therapy Programs and any future CHS programs (as needed). The Program Support Specialist serves as the liaison between faculty, students, staff, and the community. He/she will greet and assist all visitors and prospective students who come into contact with all programs involved and provide information regarding Health Science Programs. He/she will provide support to courses offered by distance education and on-ground. POSITION DETAILS: Full-time on campus position, Monday through Friday. The ability to work some evening, night and weekend hours will be necessary at times throughout the academic year. It is expected that an average of 40 hours per week will be needed, with approximately 13 hours per week allotted for each Health Science program duties. A sample schedule may look like 8:00 – 5:00 Mon - Friday.
