About The Position

The primary purpose of this position is to assist Associated Credit Union in living out its Mission: To offer members financial products that fulfill their needs, service that exceeds their expectations, and relationships that inspire their trust. This individual will be responsible for developing technical programming solutions for end‐user business units and internal department requests and managing programming work requests and assignments. This position provides technical support for Credit Union Enterprise System Applications, all Desktop Applications, including MS Office Suite and Adobe Interactive Forms. Also responsible for facilitating the installation and configuration of systems software releases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • One to three years of programming experience required using advanced programming languages including HTML, JavaScript, Java, C, C#, C++.
  • One to three years of experience in supporting business application environments required.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of financial institution operations and business processes including technology solutions used by financial institutions.
  • Demonstrated conceptual thinking and analytical skills.
  • Must have excellent people skills, phone etiquette, communication, and organizational skills.
  • A desire to provide outstanding service to our employees and members is required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop programming spec files to support end user and internal department programming requests
  • Provide support for new application systems to include design and installation.
  • Administration and Support Credit Union Enterprise System Applications including Symitar, MeridianLink, Synergy, DocuSign.
  • Reviews all programming spec files and output for accuracy and coding best practices.
  • Develop scripts for file transfers
  • Administers tasks associated with automation system
  • Develop and maintain job files
  • Completion of annual compliance training.
  • Assisting all employees and members to the best of your ability.
  • Completing all service calls and tickets by service level agreement standards.
  • Completing all assigned tasks by the assigned deadline.
  • Communicating with team members any critical situations.
  • Effectiveness in communicating, coordinating, and executing tasks with diverse business units and support areas.
  • Responsiveness to requests and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive and constructive attitude.
  • Completing all training including BAI and Wed. morning training.
