As our Programmer, you’ll develop, optimize, and troubleshoot CNC programs that keep our machines running at peak performance. Working closely with engineers and shop personnel, you’ll bring customer models to life, improve efficiency, and contribute to a culture of continuous innovation.
Requirements
- 10 years of machinist experience, including 2+ years in programming.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and/or CAM software (MasterCAM required; Hypermill a plus).
- Strong understanding of blueprints, drawings, and GD&T.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and collaborative.
- High school diploma or GED required (technical certifications a plus).
Responsibilities
- Program and optimize 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC machines.
- Create CNC programs from customer models, drawings, and technical specs.
- Select tools and refine toolpaths for maximum efficiency and precision.
- Develop and maintain detailed setup documentation.
- Troubleshoot machining issues directly on the shop floor.
- Drive continuous improvement through analysis and collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in machining and programming tech.
