About The Position

Waukesha County's Department of Health & Human Services is recruiting for a Programs & Projects Analyst to oversee quality assurance and vendor network development activities within the Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) program. This position will report to the CCS-Youth Coordinator housed within the Coordinated Services Division. This position will support the vendor network for the CCS-Youth Program, as well as the CCS-Adult program which is housed in the Outpatient Behavioral Health Division. Quality Assurance monitoring is a key responsibility of this role to ensure compliance with program and Medicaid funding requirements. Responsibilities will include: Quality assurance monitoring, documenting reviews, facilitation of applicable training activities as assigned, data gathering, data analysis, report development, and other quality assurance activities as assigned. Assess and analyze consumer care related to supportive services for persons with mental health and substance use disorders receiving services in Comprehensive Community Services (CCS.) Provide input related to quality indicators of billing and documentation of service delivery for Waukesha County consumers of Comprehensive Community Services (CCS.) Assess, plan and evaluate supportive services to clients and patients; and perform other duties as required. Provide feedback and guidance to contract vendors to ensure improved client services and improved documentation/billing compliance. Ensure consistent quality and compliance monitoring and enhance the efficiency of billing documentation submission to the fiscal department to ensure submission of billing within funding source time frames. Create, develop and maintain vendor relationships that enhance customer service and compliance and program development. Review vendor notes, invoices and billing logs for quality and compliance. Serve as the point of contact for vendor contracting and credentialing. Maintain the vendor network guide. Assist the coordinator/supervisor to complete the annual satisfaction survey for CCS/CST.

Requirements

  • Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor’s degree in business or public or healthcare administration, the social services, police science, or a closely related field.
  • Two (2) years of responsible professional work experience which includes research, analysis, evaluation, planning, project management, law enforcement duties, or a closely related area.
  • A master’s degree in an area listed above maybe substituted for one year of the work experience requirement.
