APTIM is currently seeking an experienced Project Administrative Assistant to support the deactivation, decommissioning, and removal of a former research facility at Los Alamos National Laboratory. This position will be at the project site and will report directly to the Site Manager providing as-needed assistance to others in Site Lead roles as well. Typical duties will include but not be limited to maintaining project files and safety records, assist with project procurements and requisitions, arranging meetings/conference calls, and recording meeting minutes. The successful candidate must have excellent proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of Software and be familiar with electronic file storage and retrieval programs such as SharePoint. Strong interpersonal skills are required, including the ability to clearly and confidently communicate, both written and verbally, to all project team members including client representatives, regulators, and APTIM colleagues alike.
