This position is responsible for providing Project administration support as defined by the Project Manager. This role monitors Project tasks and assists with the tracking of Project controls during planning and execution of the Projects activities. The Project Administrator works with supervision and guidance and is responsible for applying basic skills, tools and techniques to Project deliverables, processes, and systems in order to meet or exceed stakeholder needs and expectations. The Project Administrator operates within defined parameters using a proven Project Management Methodology.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Prior related internship or work experience.
  • Experience tracking projects, creating schedules, and utilizing project management software.

Responsibilities

  • Monitors and reports on Programs, Projects or Project Tasks.
  • May support vendor management processes.
  • Monitors Project tasks and Projects against time and budget plans.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
