Job Description Summary Platform Delivery works with internal and external resources to configure and maintain client solutions using proprietary software to support patient payments. This position works closely with internal Program Managers to configure the software when implementing new clients. Post implementation Platform Delivery maintains the software configurations for the life of the client contract. Job Description Partner with the project management team on implementations for healthcare clients to ensure customer expectations are exceeded. Responsible for collecting and analyzing data and software testing before program deployment. Partner internally and cross-functionally to bring in the help as needed to keep onboarding processes moving forward. Such as: Finance for testing and funding questions. Complete individual project responsibilities, manage, and motivate team members to complete them according to schedules and standards. Coordinate internal healthcare resources to ensure delivery on commitments. Manage list of open deliverables and issues that are critical to obtaining client signoff to go live. Create transparency when issues, changing needs, or requirements impact project goals. Follow and meet quality standards established by department management.

Requirements

  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to rapidly learn new systems and provide training and support to others.
  • Able to quickly identify issues and triage as necessary, pulling in the right partners to drive to resolution.
  • Solution oriented, able to understand a problem at its core and develop long-term and scalable solutions.

Nice To Haves

  • Prefer experience in financial services, payment processing, healthcare, software, or information services with a good understanding of project management, technology, and applications.
  • Working knowledge of clinical applications/EHR or patient accounting systems a plus
