About The Position

Overview : The Project Architect plays a key role in leading the design and documentation of architectural projects from inception through completion. This position is responsible for coordinating project teams, ensuring technical accuracy, maintaining schedules and budgets, and overseeing construction administration. The Project Architect also supports client relations, quality assurance, and contributes to marketing and business development efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
• Registered Architect.
• 3+ years of professional architectural experience.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion, and Microsoft Office 365.
• Strong technical and design skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to team development.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination and development of architectural design from concept through construction.
• Conduct site visits and field documentation to verify existing conditions and support design accuracy.
• Research materials, systems, products, and building codes to support design solutions and compliance.
• Prepare and review construction documents, technical specifications, and project manuals.
• Provide construction administration services including site visits, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout documentation.
• Collaborate with clients and project stakeholders to develop design strategies that meet programmatic goals and budget.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and communicate updates or concerns to the project team and client.
• Perform quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) reviews to ensure coordination across disciplines and accuracy of documentation.
• Support proposal development and marketing materials, including RFQs/RFPs.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development and technical growth.
• Produce and present design deliverables using Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Lumion.
