Under the guidance of the Dean of Hajim School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, this short-term, part-time position will focus on piloting AI-driven operational efficiencies. This 2-month position will assess 2-3 high-impact opportunities in workflow automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required

- Previous experience with AI tools required

Responsibilities
- Conduct process reviews of 2-3 selected administrative/operational workflows to document current procedures, identify inefficiencies, and gather relevant performance data.
- Research, test, and compare AI-enabled tools to determine suitability for workflow automation, ensuring alignment with institutional policies and data security requirements.
- Develop and implement 2-3 small-scale pilots to evaluate automation opportunities, tracking measurable outcomes such as time savings, error reduction, and user experience.
- Prepare written reports and process documentation summarizing findings, technical requirements, risks, and recommended next steps.
- Other duties as assigned.
