As a Project Associate within MXO New Verticals, you will deliver operational excellence, quality, and efficiency across merchant and CPG brand catalog operations. You will translate business strategy into team-level execution, ensuring KPIs are met while driving continuous improvement across workflows that support New Verticals and the CPG Advertising business. In this role, you will support Advertisers as part of the team serving as the primary intake and triage point for CPG advertiser catalog requests, managing end-to-end resolution directly with advertisers and selectively engaging Ads S&O and/or Sales stakeholders for priority clients or complex issues that impact activation or spend. You will build scalable processes that ensure timely resolution, high-quality advertiser communication, and strong cross-functional coordination, while playing a critical role in maintaining the brand catalog content that underpins DoorDash’s CPG Ads business. You will coach and develop future leaders, drive workflow improvements, and support the integration of AI, automation, and analytical tools into daily operations, connecting high-level strategy to execution through strong people leadership and operational rigor. This remote role requires travel and reports directly to the MxO Project Manager, New Verticals CPG Ads.
