Looking for a Project coordinator who has 8+ years of experience in planning, scheduling, and tracking project deliverables.

Requirements

  • 8 + years of relevant experience within telecom, wireless, or network services environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-vendor, multi-location teams, including offshore and field resources.
  • Hands-on experience with project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong understanding of telecom delivery models, OEM/carrier ecosystems, and deployment lifecycles.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, Business or related.

Responsibilities

  • Lead proposal development, project planning, execution, and reporting for multiple telecom initiatives across carrier and OEM environments.
  • Manage in-house teams, external consultants, and field personnel to ensure efficient delivery and fast turnaround times.
  • Build and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and delivery roadmaps; track progress against milestones.
  • Identify, manage, and resolve project risks, issues, and escalations related to scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
  • Proactively escalate critical risks and delivery concerns to senior management when required.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment on objectives and expectations.
  • Lead cross-functional, virtual, and offshore teams to achieve strategic delivery goals.
  • Collaborate closely with delivery, engineering, and sales teams to ensure consistent business value and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle conflict resolution among team members, stakeholders, and customers while addressing requirements and expectations effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to cost targets and timelines while maintaining high delivery standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, dashboards, and status reports using standard project management tools
