About The Position

Amentum has an excellent opportunity for a Project Control Analyst to join our team in our Springfield, VA location. This person will provide on-site project management and administrative support, and coordination for a complex contract, project, task, or business unit. Support Production Control processes, including Preventive Maintenance (PM) program management and performance statistics, Work Order (WO) processing and production analysis, and the development of PM and WO reports in support of contract performance and U.S. Government (USG) requirements. Essential Responsibilities: Lead – in support of Project Controls Supervisor – Provide oversight and process assurance for Production Control and Work Management processes and requirements Serve as alternate reviewer and prepare PM forecasts of upcoming preventive maintenance requirements Support the generation of PM documentation for scheduled work assignments across teams Review, develop, and publish bi-weekly PM status reports Review PM schedules, job procedures, and equipment documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry Operation/Maintenance (O&M) standards Analyze PM and Work Order (WO) production to ensure contract Service Level Agreements (SLA) and suspense requirement compliance Develop and maintain reports providing PM completion statistics and status metrics Create, publish, and submit reports covering work management processes, customer service processes, facilities, and PM production Prepare and publish the Weekly Activity Report (WAR) Review, process, and close PM and Service Work Orders Oversee records management, facility administration, and supply coordination Generate scheduled PM work orders for all corresponding trades supporting the Monthly ECD Report Conduct monthly PM forecast reviews to validate schedules and workload alignment Perform daily Quality Control (QC) reviews of Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Work Orders (WO) closeout processes Manage service call intake via phone and email, ensuring adherence to established procedures Conduct periodic reviews of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) work order data to ensure procedural compliance Perform daily QC checks on all submitted work order entries. Perform all other position-related duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years of administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in computer operations, word processing, and integrated software applications
  • Ability to work extended or flexible hours as required to support mission needs
  • Active TS/SCI required must be able to obtain CI Poly
