Project Controls Coordinator
About The Position
Hill International is seeking a Project Controls Coordinator in San Antonio, Texas Responsibilities Support cost reporting and variance analysis. Help track project costs, budgets, commitments, and forecasts. Support in the preparation of cost reports and perform basic cost variance analysis. Support maintenance of project cost databases and documentation. Support the creation and maintenance of project dashboards, logs, and project logs. Support data analysis to identify trends and potential risks. Assist in tracking risks, issues, and change requests. Support impact analysis on cost and schedule. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, finance, and other stakeholders. Help maintain project controls processes and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products; familiarity with Excel pivot tables and charting is a plus.
- Familiarity with financial modeling.
- Ability to analysis financial data as it relates to projects.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
