About The Position

The Project Coordinator provides leadership and coordination for the university-wide Centralized Course Evaluation (CCE) initiative implemented Spring 2026. Campus course evaluations are now administered and reported through the PARQ office using third-party application software as part of the Centralized Course Evaluation (CCE) project, rather than being carried out independently through each academic department. This position coordinates multiple simultaneous CCE projects across all four academic terms (fall, winterm, spring, and summer) and collaborates closely with PARQ staff, project stakeholders, and campus partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or an associate degree with 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience managing multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
  • Demonstrated oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience with standard business software (e.g. Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, the internet)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary project manager and point of contact for CCE
  • Planning, analyzing, managing, coordinating, and tracking multiple, simultaneous CCE term implementations
  • Combine data from multiple sources
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Providing prompt, knowledgeable, and empathetic customer service to campus
  • Timely and thorough trouble shooting issues
  • Supporting quality improvement of CCE processes, procedures, and systems
  • Updating and testing projects when university policies and/or the third-party software change
  • Creating and updating CCE-related campus-wide training and project documentation
  • Training in the third-party software
  • Participate and collaborate in the PARQ office
