Additionally, the Project Coordinator, US Rare Disease will contribute to maintaining Sanofi’s leadership in Rare Disease, driving Sanofi towards our mission of delivering a personalized, optimized customer experience. This individual will provide support and coordination across portfolio, patient engagement, and account engagement teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of marketing initiatives. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of relevant healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience
  • Marketing, sales, or insights & analytics experience, preferably in cross-functional leadership roles
  • Successful track record of decision making, innovation, problem-solving and navigating uncharted territory without clear precedent
  • Fluent in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working within complex multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities

  • Sr Admin responsibilities (managing calendars, travel coordination, expense reports, meeting minutes, offsite meeting planning, slide decks, etc)
  • Assist in coordinating and executing various projects and campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate project planning and execution.
  • Execute contracts for seamless vendor and partner collaboration.
  • Provide administrative support to the designated leaders, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, presentations, and other materials, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain project documentation and records, generate reports, and analyze data to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the organization and contribute to the implementation of best practices.
