What you will do The Project Coordinator supports the execution of Major Projects by maintaining disciplined project administration, documentation control, and reporting support. This role enables Project Managers and Operations leadership by ensuring project information is accurate, current, and properly coordinated. The Project Coordinator does not own project scope, budget, or schedule authority, but is accountable for the integrity, organization, and follow‑through of project support activities. How you will do it Project Coordination & Administration Support assigned Major Projects by coordinating project documentation, logs, and administrative workflows Track action items, commitments, and deliverables and follow up to completion Coordinate information flow between Project Managers, Operations, and internal support teams Prepare materials for internal reviews, customer meetings, and leadership updates Document Control & Compliance Maintain project documentation in accordance with company standards, contractual requirements, and internal policies Ensure records are complete, current, and stored in approved systems Support audits, assessments, and formal project reviews as required Reporting & Data Support Compile and format project performance information related to cost tracking, schedule status, and risk items Assist in preparation of regular project status reports for internal and external stakeholders Validate data inputs for accuracy and consistency prior to submission or presentation Risk, Change, and Issue Tracking Maintain risk, issue, and change logs as directed by the Project Manager Track potential impacts and escalate inconsistencies or gaps Support coordination of change documentation and internal review processes Meeting & Communication Support Attend project meetings, capture notes, and distribute action items Support coordination of internal and external meetings, including agendas and follow‑ups Serve as a consistent point of contact for project coordination and administrative needs What we look for 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or project support role (internships or co‑op experience acceptable). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams). Willingness to learn and take direction. HIRING SALARY RANGE: $68,000-93,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) Requirements
