About The Position

Looking for a Phoenix-based college student to work part time during the school year and full time during the summer to help our project management team. Requirements

  • Proven Expertise in Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to learn and communicate technical information.
  • Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
  • Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Background check results satisfactory to SEL
  • Negative drug test result(s)

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the department and project teams, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, generating meeting minutes, prepare presentations, creating and maintaining action item lists.
  • Provide support to project teams including maintaining project files, creating and maintaining reports.
  • Manage simultaneous, small projects as assigned.
  • Provide support for large projects
  • Follow and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.

  • Other duties as assigned.
