What Makes This Role Great: In this role, you will be the operational backbone of our Professional Services engagements, directly influencing the financial accuracy and partnership health of our global network. You will have the unique opportunity to own the end-to-end validation process, shaping how we collaborate with partners and ensuring that every project delivery is backed by seamless, compliant, and timely execution.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience mastering project coordination, professional services operations, or partner/vendor management.
  • Exceptional organizational prowess with a meticulous eye for detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Proven ability to navigate deadline-driven environments while managing multiple high-priority operational tasks.
  • Strong communication skills that allow you to build professional, effective relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Educational background consisting of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a business-related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience with PSA or project management tools like Kantata or Mavenlink.
  • Familiarity with complex billing/invoicing workflows, timesheet validation or professional services delivery models.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the intake and validation of partner invoices and consultant timesheets, ensuring every submission aligns perfectly with project milestones.
  • Act as a strategic problem-solver by identifying and resolving discrepancies, collaborating directly with Project Managers to keep financial cycles moving.
  • Champion process integrity by performing critical compliance spot checks and reinforcing high-standard operational workflows and billing standards across the organization.
  • Drive data transparency within our project management systems, maintaining real-time visibility into submission statuses and processing progress.
  • Empower our global network by providing vital coordination support for partner onboarding and training, and contributing to high-level operational initiatives.
