Qualifications POSITION SUMMARY: The Project Coordinator plays an essential entry-level role in supporting our construction projects by managing documentation, systems updates, and communication between project stakeholders. This position is ideal for individuals seeking to launch a rewarding career in the construction industry, offering opportunities to learn project management fundamentals and gain exposure to field operations. This is a project-based role requiring a full-time travel commitment. Assist in organizing and maintaining job files to ensure continuity and accuracy of project documentation. Implement and support administrative and operational procedures as directed by project leadership. Collect and compile weekly manpower data to assist with operations reporting. Update and manage project status in systems such as Procore, Monday.com, and other internal platforms. Serve as an on-site point of contact for resolving minor IT and administrative issues, escalating as needed. Assist with the processing of Requests for Information (RFIs) and submittals under supervision. Help maintain the current construction document set, ensuring version control and access by relevant team members. Support the project team with material tracking, delivery coordination, and daily reporting inputs. Communicate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to support project execution. Assist with jobsite construction activities as directed, including basic support tasks and logistics. Perform other duties as assigned to support project and team success. Please note that we operate on a 10/4 schedule — 10 days on, followed by 4 days off. Candidates must be able to work this schedule.
