About The Position

As a Project Coordinator you will oversee retail projects from start to finish, ensuring client goals, timelines, and budgets are met. This role requires extended travel—up to 14 weeks at a time, and potentially longer depending on the project. Your primary responsibility is to lead and support SASR teams in the field while maintaining strong client relationships. Success in this role means treating team members, clients, and customers with respect, ensuring teams have the proper tools and information, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Requirements

  • Retail supervisory experience: Minimum 1 year (leading teams of up to 20+ associates)
  • Retail merchandising experience: Minimum 2 years
  • Mandatory travel: Must be able to travel 90% of the time
  • Reliable transportation to and from job sites (from home or hotel)
  • Flexibility and patience—duties may change with or without notice
  • Strong sense of urgency and drive
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and planograms (POGs)
  • Experience assembling retail fixtures including gondolas, power wings, and end caps
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Basic merchandiser tools and equipment
  • Familiarity with mobile reporting platforms
  • Willingness to work in inclement and cold conditions

Responsibilities

  • Understand and enforce client policies and procedures
  • Lead teams to maintain a safe work environment, including use of proper safety gear
  • Monitor daily progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure timely completion
  • Supervise associates completing planograms, fixture installations, stocking, and store support tasks
  • Maintain clean and organized work environments
  • Complete administrative duties such as taking project photos, sending reports, and daily client communication
