About The Position
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Collaborate with senior staff, management, and engineers to verify proper schematics before construction Collaborate closely with Sales to analyze the past projects to estimate future project costs Organize incoming new market requests and estimate/model new residential/commercial/MDU opportunities Research existing network for ability to service new markets Coordinate/Lead interdepartmental calls to review new market opportunities and priorities Forecast and analyze costs of construction labor, materials, and indirect costs Support expansion opportunities as needed Manage, organize, and document the status of new market opportunities All other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Highschool Diploma or GED required
- 2 years of equivalent experience in related field
- Project management experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office product specifically Word and Excel

- Bachelor degree in relevant field preferred
