You must be located near Carrollton, GA to be eligible for this position Job Summary: Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of the child support SDU project; ensure all activities comply with corporate policy, rules, and regulations, State SDU contract, and other codes and laws; train and evaluate the performance of assigned personnel; all in an atmosphere of discretion regarding the confidential and sensitive nature of this position and fostering a team approach to all aspects of the project.

  • Three years of professional experience in a project management position, preferably in the child support field, and a Bachelor's degree in business management, administration, finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Other combinations of experience and education that meet the minimum requirements may be substituted.
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Experience in the use and application of Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Manages all activities related to a SDU operation to assure project completion in time frame necessary and within budget developed in coordination with SDU Division management.
  • Manages and assists Senior Vice President with the development of project budget.
  • Manages and effectively uses corporate and project resources.
  • Coordinates with State partner client on issues related to the SDU project to assure a positive client relationship, as needed.
  • Consults appropriately with management and other stakeholders regarding project changes and decisions.
  • Communicates changes and decisions appropriately with management, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Performs related duties as assigned.
  • Attends Project Director meetings as required.
