About The Position

This position is for a Project Engineer (PE) Staff position within the Advanced Development Programs (ADP). The selected candidate will support the Program Management Office (PMO) in the execution of the ADP portfolio. What You Will Be Doing Your responsibilities will include: Coordination of technical/programmatic data across the Engineering team and across the program, building and status of program schedules to align development activities, and assist in driving execute across the portfolio. Coordinate with and establish technical baseline development plans as primary means to control scope and schedule. Perform CAM duties (CAM certified preferred). Regular interface with Customer, engineering leadership, and periodic interaction with key suppliers. This position requires Secret clearance. Requirements

  • Secret or higher security clearance.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering.
  • Experience working on cross-functional programs and activities.
  • Experience with coordinating, planning, and execution of technical reviews.
  • Experience with with cost account management.
  • Experience reviewing program documents and deliverables.
  • Experience briefing leadership teams and functional management on program status and forecasted.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong understanding of aircraft design
  • Program or Project Engineering experience
  • Experience leading or collaborating with working groups of subject matter experts across business units
  • Exemplary written and oral communication skills
  • Highly motivated person willing to work independently with little supervision
  • Experienced in various operations tools including Teams, SharePoint, Confluence, JIRA and Microsoft Office tools
