About The Position

The Project Engineer on the Global Service Growth Team (GSGT) is responsible for
developing, standardizing, and optimizing mechanical, electrical, and automated
processes to enable world-class performance in global service operations. This
hybrid role blends hands-on mechanical and electrical engineering expertise with
process design, automation, metrology integration, and FBS methodologies. The
engineer partners closely with global service sites, metrology, manufacturing
engineering, test engineering, IT, and quality teams to deliver scalable tools,
fixtures, test systems, and workflows that improve throughput, repeatability,
and service reliability. The position requires up to 50% global travel to
support deployments, capability transfers, equipment commissioning, and on-site
training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• 3; years of experience in relevant fields.
• Proficiency in CAD and test/automation tools.
• Strong understanding of metrology.
