About The Position

The Project & Field Production Manager is a field-centric leadership role responsible for leading projects from client point of contact through execution and final client review, while maintaining direct oversight of field production. This role delivers projects utilizing a combination of company-employed (W-2) technicians and subcontracted vendor partners and owns project outcomes across safety, quality, schedule, and budget. The role requires regular, hands-on presence in the field to supervise work, validate execution, support production when needed, and ensure standards are consistently met across TradePosted, PostedPM, and GuidePosted initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction, facilities, or field-based project management
  • Experience managing projects with a mix of internal labor and subcontracted vendors
  • Strong understanding of jobsite safety, quality control, and field production
  • Experience developing and enforcing field execution and safety standards
  • Ability and willingness to perform hands-on field work and on-site supervision
  • Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check
  • Willingness to travel 60% or more based on business needs, including overnight travel
