The Customer requires a Project Integrator (PI) with experience in customer interaction to be focused on delivering voice services that match requirements. The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following: Serve as the primary point of contact and “face” to the customer for site-specific projects. Conduct on-site visits to customer spaces as required. Establish and manage project schedules for site-specific initiatives. Coordinate and lead all site-specific project activities. Manage customer interaction and coordination throughout the project lifecycle. Support the execution of multiple simultaneous site-specific projects. Utilize Sponsor enterprise systems and required tools to ensure successful project completion. Operate and support Sponsor telephone business systems. Use multiple Microsoft Office applications to manage project documentation and reporting. Deliver periodic presentations to the Sponsor’s leadership team. Ensure voice services are delivered in alignment with customer requirements. Maintain a strong customer-focused approach throughout project execution.
