The Project Integrator shall provide usability analysis that leads to intuitive interfaces that improve the user experience for the application and services. The Contractor tasks shall include the following, but not limited to: Writing stories in Jira. Collecting and writing weekly highlights. Checking people in/out. Completing Monthly Reports. Create, promote, and support standards for usability excellence. Develop and publish usability guidelines. Create user interface designs, prototypes, and specifications across multiple platforms. Create conceptual interaction design models including wireframes, site maps, diagrams/schematics, process maps, feature lists, mock-ups visual specifications, working prototypes and other artifacts to describe the intended user experience. Advocate for best practices and be proactive in proposing improvements in design, function and features as well as sharing knowledge, research and experience. Leverage Human Centered Design principles whenever feasible. REQUIRED SKILLS AND DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE: Creates, promotes and supports standards for usability and accessibility excellence. Creates user interface designs, prototypes and specifications across multiple platforms. Creates conceptual interaction design models such as wire frames, site maps, diagrams/schematics, process maps, feature lists, mock ups, visual specifications, working prototypes and other artifacts to describe an intended user experience Demonstrated experience gathering and developing business requirements, and visualizing content that would provide an enhanced understanding of the information. Demonstrated experience utilizing Agile methodologies to improve management of requirements and delivery of functions. Demonstrated experience managing and integrating across multiple high priority projects with competing priorities as well as common or overlapping needs. Demonstrated experience managing the full project lifecycle for any type project utilizing Project management Principles (PMP).Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day activities, identifying dependencies and blockers, developing project timelines, presentations, deliverables, PMPs and risk management plans. Additionally ,this role involves briefing project schedules, statuses, quad charts, and deliverables at project control gates and to leadership. Demonstrated experience identifying allocated resources, and anticipating over- and under- resources allocations. Demonstrated experience balancing project schedules. Demonstrated experience collaborating within project team and across organizations on critical tasks. Demonstrated experience de-conflicting project resources and other dependencies and elevating when appropriate. Demonstrated experience working well with a team. Listening and incorporating their input and needs to drive project completion. Demonstrated experience in SharePoint, Confluence, HIVE ,JIRA, and other PM related tools.
