About The Position

The Project Management Coordinator supports the project management and field leadership teams by organizing project documentation, coordinating administrative project tasks, and ensuring projects remain organized, compliant, and prepared for execution. This role helps anticipate project needs and assists in maintaining accurate documentation throughout the lifecycle of each project.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience using Bluebeam Revu for reviewing drawings and markups
  • Working knowledge of CAD required
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and shop drawings
  • Familiarity with construction project management platforms (Procore, Dataforma or similar)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and productivity skills
  • Detail-oriented and quality driven
  • Strong problem-solving and adaptability
  • Customer service focused
  • Ability to work collaboratively with project managers, superintendents, and field teams
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Minimum of 2 years of project coordination or project management experience in the roofing or construction industry preferred
  • This is a full-time, salaried position.
  • Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Occasional evening or weekend work may be required based on project needs.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and organize project files, drawings, and documentation from the estimating department for awarded projects.
  • Create job files as needed and assemble project submittals.
  • Assist in preparing project-specific shop drawings with guidance from project managers or superintendents.
  • Ensure all contract documents are received, reviewed, and approved prior to project execution.
  • Communicate with customers and project stakeholders as needed.
  • Assist project superintendents and production managers in obtaining required project documentation.
  • Maintain familiarity with roofing system assembly requirements as assigned by manufacturers and regulatory agencies.
  • Prepare and finalize project closeout documents including warranties, inspection reports, and punch lists with customers and/or architects.
  • Manage warranty documentation and administration.
  • Assist with job costing and project financial tracking.
  • Upload and maintain daily reports on applicable project management platforms.
