THE POSITION Our roster has an opening with your name on it FanDuel is seeking a Senior Associate Project Manager to join our MarTech & Operations team. This role is designed for a project manager who can independently own defined initiatives and workstreams while continuing to grow judgment, influence, and leadership skills within a highly cross-functional organization. You will play a key role in driving delivery and operational efficiency across teams including CRM Operations, Promotion Operations, Product, Data, and Strategy. THE GAME PLAN Everyone on our team has a part to play In this role, you will: · Own the end-to-end project lifecycle for assigned MarTech Product and Ops initiatives, from intake and planning through execution, delivery, and retrospective · Lead project teams on moderately complex to challenging initiatives, operating with limited oversight on routine execution · Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Engineering, CRM Ops, Promo Ops, Brand, Data, Strategy, and others) to define scope, goals, dependencies, and success criteria · Drive regular project rituals, providing clear and concise updates on progress, risks, issues, and decisions to stakeholders and leadership · Proactively manage interdependencies, risks, and tradeoffs, escalating to senior stakeholders when appropriate · Leverage project management tools and methodologies to plan, track, and report milestones, deliverables, and outcomes · Support the implementation of MarTech solutions and operational workflows, applying industry best practices and continuous improvement principles · Facilitate strong cross-functional communication and alignment, fostering a collaborative environment focused on business outcomes · Contribute to improving internal team processes and ways of working, helping raise the bar on execution quality and efficiency SCOPE & LEVEL OF ACCOUNTABILITY What this role owns.
