About The Position

At Stampin’ Up!, we believe creativity is more than making something beautiful, it’s about inspiring meaningful connection. From paper to people, everything we do is rooted in caring deeply, showing courage, getting better every day, and owning our work. We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-loving Project Management Specialist who thrives at the center of collaboration. This role is perfect for a self-starter who loves juggling multiple projects, keeping timelines on track, and bringing clarity to complexity, all while partnering with a wide variety of teams across the business. This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role, and we want to be upfront: you’ll be managing many moving pieces, working with lots of cross-functional partners, and adapting quickly as priorities shift. If you’re energized by a dynamic and fast-moving environment, find joy in a perfectly built timeline, and communicate clearly and confidently, you’ll feel right at home here. Most importantly, you’ll play a key role in helping our teams bring creative ideas to life, and in doing so, help Stampin’ Up! continue to inspire creativity and connection around the world.
