About The Position

As a Project Management Spe cia list, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many of our clients' programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of client strategic programs. You’ll work with key stakeholders to review key deliverables and help with tactical planning using resources like MS Project and other program management tools to inform key client stakeholders. The real impact of project management comes from communication to ensure the program achieves its goals and meets our quality standards. Requirements

• Experience applying analytic met hodologies to identify improvement areas and providing recommendations on how to execute said areas
• Knowledge of business process improvement tools and techniques such as Lean, Six Sigma, and business process re-engineering
• Ability to collect requirements, develop, and brief key strategy discussions to senior leaders
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Bachelor's degree in a Communications or Public Relations field
• Professional Program Management Certification

• Experience developing needs assessments for large-scale projects
