About The Position

About the Role: We’re looking for a Project Manager who loves transforming the way work gets done. In this role, you’ll lead process redesign efforts from end to end — partnering with key stakeholders to uncover improvement opportunities, mapping out smarter workflows, and guiding teams through meaningful change. You’ll build and drive project plans, remove roadblocks, keep teams aligned, and ensure everyone understands upstream and downstream impacts. If you’re energized by problem‑solving, collaboration, and bringing structure to complexity, this role offers the chance to make a measurable impact across the business.

Requirements

  • Strong communicator

  • Works well with all levels of management/teams
  • Shows leadership skills and assertiveness when necessary
  • Organized leader who drives tasks through to completion consistently
  • Works well under stress and deadlines
  • Works well independently with little supervision
  • Great attention to detail and speaks with clarity
  • 2+ years of project management experience
  • Some College with Agile Coach or Consultant field of study required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree with Agile Coach or Consultant Field of Study preferred.
  • PMP preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Identify process alignment and redesign opportunities and stakeholders needed to solve and implement (30%)
  • Facilitate value and process mapping sessions to define solutions with teams (40%)
  • Work to identify business outcomes and tracking of metrics of success (10%)
  • Ensure activities are on track and team members are completing their tasks while identifying risks (10%)
  • Collaborate with managers and executives about status of process improvement projects (10%)
