Requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Project Management Certification: Credentials such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent are highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop detailed project plans that outline timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a diverse team of contractors, subcontractors, and laborers, providing direction and support to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining open lines of communication to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Quality Control: Monitor work quality and compliance with industry regulations and safety standards to ensure projects meet both client expectations and legal requirements.
  • Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring that projects remain financially viable through effective resource management.
  • Problem Solving: Quickly identify and resolve issues that arise during the reconstruction process, employing creative solutions to minimize disruptions.
