The Project Manager – Customer Integration will lead and coordinate all activities related to our product’s implementation and ongoing usage at Amazon’s PPF facility in Florida. This role focuses on efficient communication and collaboration across multiple teams, particularly our Swedish headquarters, to ensure rapid response to any issues, seamless planning for future initiatives, and clear, consistent updates for all stakeholders. Serving as a “first responder,” the Project Manager will identify any emerging concerns, initiate the appropriate actions, and facilitate swift support from the Swedish team as needed.

Requirements

  • Project Management Expertise: o Proven experience in project coordination, stakeholder management, and driving cross-functional collaboration.
  • Comfortable coordinating multiple workstreams and meeting deadlines.
  • Effective Communication Skills: o Capable of clarifying complex issues, resolving misunderstandings, and building consensus among diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, handling escalations and facilitating smooth project flow.
  • Adaptability & Independence: o Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, make swift decisions, and keep global teams informed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and coordinate with colleagues in different time zones.

Responsibilities

  • On-Site Coordination & Communication o Act as the primary liaison between Amazon’s operational team and our Swedish project team, ensuring timely information flow and transparency.
  • Attend both client-facing and internal project meetings (e.g., weekly status updates, planning sessions), relaying outcomes and action items to the relevant parties.
  • Issue Triage & “First-Responder” Role o Serve as the initial point of contact for any product-related incidents or non-conformance (NC) events.
  • Quickly assess the problem’s severity, coordinate immediate remedial steps, and engage the appropriate technical specialists in Beyond Gravity Swedish organization to resolve the issue effectively.
  • Autonomy & Decision-Making o Exercise independent judgment in prioritizing tasks and addressing client concerns, while maintaining alignment with the overarching project goals.
  • Communicate important decisions, updates, and next steps to the Swedish organization, ensuring clarity on resource needs or escalation points.
  • Project Management & Planning o Oversee the daily management of project timelines, deliverables, and milestones at the Florida site.
  • Collaborate with the Swedish project team to plan future initiatives, such as product upgrades or expansions.
  • Monitor project progress, adjusting plans as required to accommodate shifting priorities or resource constraints.
  • Relationship Building & Stakeholder Management o Foster a positive, solution-oriented environment, maintaining strong rapport with both client representatives and our internal teams.
  • Provide regular status reports, highlight potential risks or delays, and recommend mitigation strategies in coordination with the Swedish team.
