As a Project Manager with our Development & Fundraising capability, you will coordinate and manage projects related to donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship. This role ensures that donor engagement strategies are organized, timely, and executed effectively. Your work will have a lasting impact on how our team operates and delivers value, helping Stand Together achieve its mission through innovative fundraising strategies.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of project management experience working with stakeholders and a variety of teams, such as business development, sales, fundraising, and communications.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to set deadlines, manage logistics, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Track record of successfully delivering projects under tight deadlines with accuracy.
  • Superior organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage cross-functional projects that span donor communications, creative, analytics, research and marketing and events, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals.
  • Develop and maintain systems to track fundraising activities, donor strategies, and next steps; ensure deadlines for donor communications, proposals, and stewardship activities are met.
  • Track donor engagement activities, follow-ups, and relationship milestones that support donor cultivation and solicitation.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders by providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and barriers.
  • Support the adoption and improvement of project management processes, tools, and templates that enhance efficiency, visibility, and accountability.
  • Balance workload in a fast-paced, creative environment while proactively addressing challenges to keep projects moving forward.
