About The Position

The Project Manager, Development Operations is an entry-level position playing a key role in supporting the Development Operations team through accurate data entry, file compilation, and colleague-as-customer support.
In this role, you will report directly to the AVP, Development Operations and bring a service-focused mindset while collaborating with colleagues across multiple levels of the organization as well as various sites. You will gain broad exposure to development operations and build foundational skills that position you for future growth, with opportunities for increased responsibility and compensation as you develop expertise and demonstrate mastery of core competencies.
The annual salary range for this position is $48,960 to $55,000, which equates to $26.90 to $30.22 per hour. Please note that our standard workweek is 35 hours.

Requirements

• Typing speed of 40+ words per minute with strong attention to accuracy
• Demonstrated competence and familiarity with standard software for business environments like Google Suite and Microsoft 365
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a positive, can-do attitude
• Strong aptitude for learning and a genuine interest in developing new skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage tasks independently
• 2 years of experience in data entry or related office experience

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with project management software, particularly Asana

Responsibilities

• Receive and process contact record updates through accurate data entry and file compilation
• Triage and respond to data support requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution
• Clearly communicate with colleagues regarding request status, timelines, and next steps
• Create and maintain back-end data records assigned by Development Operations team members
• Verify data accuracy and integrity in files prepared for import
• Map standardized data files for successful import into the CRM
• Manage projects and coordinate work across multiple Development teams
• Support operational excellence by following established policies and procedures and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Protect donor trust and confidentiality by handling sensitive information with care and discretion
