Learn more: nsbw.com About the Role This is a remote position responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through completion -- including estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and execution oversight. You will collaborate with office staff, field crews, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to company standards.

Requirements

2-5 years of experience in masonry or construction project management and/or estimating
Cost estimating experience required
Strong negotiation and leadership skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude

Nice To Haves

Masonry industry experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Develop detailed cost estimates using subcontractor bids, supplier quotes, and unit pricing
Manage budgets and allocate resources across multiple projects
Create and maintain construction schedules
Present project breakdowns clearly to clients and internal teams
Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors
Negotiate pricing and contracts to ensure cost efficiency
Complete required job documentation and administrative reporting
Coordinate closely with office staff and field teams
