Requirements
- B.S. in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Proven success managing interior construction or renovation projects in occupied spaces with tight deadlines
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with experience mentoring junior staff
- Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with clients, architects, and subcontractors
- Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, value engineering, and project closeout procedures
