The Senior Project Manager is accountable for planning, designing and managing new facility construction across the Estes network. This position reports to the Director, Construction & Facilities Maintenance and will have a large degree of decision-making latitude in collaboration with the Director and other key stakeholders across Estes. Participate in planning activities including clearly defining the scope of a project, documenting a project plan, defining an execution strategy and success measurements for follow up Provide thought leadership and guidance in business and financial analysis, recommended technologies and practices to reduce energy costs and other business value dimensions Manage a high volume of projects simultaneously while consistently delivering high quality results Leverage network and relationships to identify business requirements and change orders needed Collaborate with Facilities team, terminal and shop management on plans, timing, implementation status, etc. Plan and coordinate schedules of vendors Research issues, resolve problems and communicate to those having a business need to know Accountable for all responsibilities in accordance with the company’s policies and applicable laws Nationwide travel is required Regular attendance is required.
