Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Five years of relevant experience in IT project management.
• Experience facilitating and leading projects in fast-paced environments.
• Strong skills in engaging diverse stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with others.
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects forward.

Nice To Haves

• PM certifications such as PMP and/or Scrum are preferred.
• Experience with Atlassian/Jira is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, implement, and manage project teams through complete task definitions and work requirement identification and assignments.
• Collaborate closely with project team and key stakeholders to define project scope, strategy, and outcomes.
• Establish, monitor, and manage project expectations with the team, assigning tasks and identifying issues for resolution.
• Prepare and maintain all project status reports and schedules; track milestones/deliverables, issues, and dependencies.
• Respond to inquiries regarding project status; prepare communication for stakeholders.
• Lead and support project team members to ensure successful project execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships essential for achieving project goals.
• Identify and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Run Agile/Scrum methodologies to deliver results across project stages.
• Prepare post-project reports and summaries for timely dissemination.
