The Project Manager of LEC Services will be a key position in one of the largest programs in Premier's Program Management Organization. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading a cross functional team in the planning and execution of Task Orders awarded by the VA under the LEC Services prime contract. This will include project scheduling (MS Project), operational support systems, ordering, inventory, transition/implementation performance reporting, budgeting/forecasting, training, customer care, operations, program management plans, change management plans, resource plans, continuity of operations plan, quality assurance plans and risk management plans, proposal support, liaison with other organizations, etc. This position requires a solid understanding and working knowledge of Local Exchange Carrier (LEC) telephony, products, processes, implementation, provisioning, billing, and trouble-shooting. The position will also be responsible for reviewing and developing requirements, and working with appropriate teams to answer LEC Services requirements for Government SOWs, task orders, and modifications. The Project Manager shall be responsible for preparing customer and high level management Power Point presentations. The Project Manager shall report directly to Premier's Manager – Federal Programs. Specific duties shall include: Lifecycle Management of a LEC Services Government Contract. Manage the (project) transition and migration of legacy LEC (Qwest, CenturyTel, Embarq) services and billing. Direct liaison between the customer, legacy LECs and Premier ( Contract Program Office, pre-sales, business development, planning and execution, project management, customer relations, billing and contractual issues as part of program management) to fulfill all contractual obligations. Support customer requirements: Assist in the coordination, training and development of LEC Services, to include ordering, inventory, reporting, administration, and issue resolution. Manage and implement legacy LEC service installations . Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of all weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual contractual reporting deliverables. Program Management Reviews, to include both customer and senior level Premier management. Ability to travel on a regular basis.
