Position Description: Project Manager – Contingent Pipeline Opportunity – We’re building a talent pipeline for upcoming U.S. Government defense IT and analytics support roles. Opportunities are contingent upon task order awards and funding under existing contracts. Location: Doral, FL

Requirements

Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field OR 11 (eleven) years of equivalent experience managing complex technical projects
Experience managing projects involving ontology development or knowledge graph technologies
Strong experience leading technical teams in data, analytics, or geospatial environments
Experience with Agile methodologies and project lifecycle management
Familiarity with DevSecOps practices, CI CD pipelines, and version control systems
Working knowledge of tools and languages such as Python, R, SQL or NoSQL, and PostgreSQL
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Must have an active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
Candidate must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.

Experience supporting geospatial or all source analysis programs
Experience with ESRI tools such as ArcGIS or ArcPy
Experience working in federal or regulated environments
Experience integrating complex data systems or platforms
Experience managing highly technical, cross functional teams
Project Management Professional PMP
Certified Scrum Master CSM
INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional CSEP

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of projects focused on ontology development and knowledge graph integration
Manage project scope, schedule, cost, and performance across technical teams
Coordinate efforts across data engineering, analytics, and geospatial teams
Oversee development and integration of knowledge graphs and related data models
Ensure alignment between technical solutions and mission requirements
Manage Agile workflows, sprint planning, and deliverable tracking
Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies
Support DevSecOps practices, CI CD pipelines, and version control processes
Provide regular status updates and performance reporting to stakeholders
Ensure quality and consistency across technical deliverables
