This role is based in person at Global Guardian headquarters in McLean, VA. Position Summary and Objective The Project Manager will be responsible for managing security, budget and travel logistics for UNHW individuals and high-profile corporations, as assigned. They will be responsible for not only the successful execution of missions globally, but also overall client engagement with Global Guardian. The Project Manager will report directly to the Director, Project Management.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of security experience is required.
• At least 3 years should be in a leadership position overseeing 5+ people.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
• Extensive international travel experience is required.
• Intelligence experience and/or significant exposure to multinational geopolitical events required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; secondary language skills are a bonus.
• Master in developing relationships across cultural headwinds.
• Ability to make decisions involving multiple factors while under pressure.
• Adapt at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to manage geographically dispersed teams and de-escalate situations effectively.
• Ability to maintain composure in dealing with authorities, executives, clients, staff, and others under pressure.
• 24/7 on-call availability to assigned clients in times of emergency or as required

Nice To Haves

• 7+ years of security experience is preferred.
• Time spent living abroad is preferred.
• Competency in languages other than English is preferred.
• Military experience, particularly combat arms or SOF, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source the relevant security posture based on client threat profile and itinerary.
• Create and prepare Mission Brief documentation.
• Create and provide quality assurance of financial documentation for all relevant engagements.
• Remotely coordinate and direct security team members in support of clients.
• Lead client interface and account management functions at all levels of an organization, up to and including C-Suite level executives.
• Respond to crisis-level events to facilitate emergency extractions and resupplies as needed.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and resolve or escalate critical security situations.
• Perform administrative duties and data management using company-shared systems and applications.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including marketing and brand initiatives for creating intelligence products.
