About The Position

At Enertis Applus+, we are looking for a Project Manager Owner´s Engineering M/F to join our Engineering team, reporting directly to the Engineering Manager Italy. We are currently looking for to join our Engineering team in Italy.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Experience as Construction PM, Owner’s Engineering PM, Development and Execution PM in renewable energy projects.
  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Energy, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Knowledge of Project Management Tools such as MS Project, Construction Project Management Software, Document Management and transmittal Systems.
  • Knowledge of key Contractual aspects affecting Project Construction, Commissioning and Acceptance.
  • Knowledge of typical project team configuration, capability to coordinate with Technical experts (Civil Supervisor, Electrical Supervisor, HSE Specialist) and key figures like Direttore Lavori, CSE, Contractor’s staff to achieve compliance with technical specifications, contractual requirements, schedule and budget.
  • Leadership and Project Management skills, capability to coordinate internal and external project teams, good communication and relational capabilities.
  • Italian mother tongue/proficient, fluent in English. Spanish is a plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Detailed Design Review is a plus.
  • Experience in Asset Management/Commissioning/O&M is a plus.
  • Experience in writing technical specifications and managing EPC/O&M tenders is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support and coordinate detailed engineering review aimed at compliance with permitting prescriptions and construction activities.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance of detailed engineering and construction activities with the contractor's contract.
  • Supervise and review the remote and on-site team's work, ensuring the quality of the information provided to the owner.
  • Validate and certify the information provided by the contractor regarding project progress, milestones related to construction progress and invoicing.
  • Understand, promote, and disseminate compliance with the policies, regulations, procedures, and standards in Italy.
  • Provide technical support in the management of contractual claims and change orders. Participate in the investigation of project accidents and incidents.
  • Review and validate the results of key activities such as FATs, SATs, Mechanical Completion, Commissioning, PAC, Performance Tests.
