As a Senior Associate within the Office of the CPO, you will support the Chief of Staff and senior leadership in executing strategic initiatives and driving key projects across the organization. Leverage your strategy or consulting background, strong analytical and communication skills, and ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, , PMO, BizOps, or a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to engage senior management and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and prepare materials for meetings and events (leadership team meetings, town halls, offsites, senior-level briefings), including agendas, talking points, briefing documents, and follow-up plans. Ensure productive discussions and outcomes.
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of high-impact initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely progress and successful completion of deliverables.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations that support decision-making. Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Work closely with team members to foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
