The Special Projects Manager is responsible for the sales, pricing, planning, execution, monitoring, coordination, and closure of each assigned project, working with the Project Team. The Special Projects Manager plans for and designates project resources develops budgets and directs progress. The Special Projects Manager is accountable for each assigned project's scope, team performance, resources, and overall success. The position communicates project specifications and details with all levels of the Companys management and field teams and externally with clients, subcontractors, and vendors. The Special Projects Manager develops and maintains a relationship with the customer and ensures the quality of work and adherence to customer-specific KPIs are met. Cirks Construction Inc.
