Babilou Family US is part of the global Babilou Family network and brings a local, community-focused approach to early childhood education through our Little Sprouts, Building Blocks, and Heartworks schools. We are looking for a proactive and collaborative team member who will support our mission and contribute meaningfully to this role. The Project Manager, Strategy & New Programs will play a central role in executing strategic initiatives and building new program offerings that support the growth and diversification of Babilou Family US. Working closely with the VP of Strategy & Innovation, this role will lead cross-functional projects while also helping design, launch, and scale new revenue streams such as after-school programs, summer camps, and employer-sponsored childcare solutions. This position combines strong project management discipline with strategic thinking, ensuring that new initiatives are thoughtfully designed, effectively implemented, and scalable across our network of schools.
