About the role: Boston Scientific is seeking a strong Project Management leader to support the Urology Division, collaborating with cross-functional and international teams to lead high-visibility initiatives critical to business growth and continuity. This role partners closely with Research & Development, Marketing, Clinical Affairs, Medical Safety, Design Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Process Development, and Operations to deliver complex programs that support patient care and product excellence. The Project Manager will support elements of the StoneSmart Portfolio, including Cybersecurity, Software, Hardware, and Firmware. The successful candidate will provide objective, business-focused project leadership, ensuring thorough system analysis and alignment of priorities across New Product Development (NPD) and Sustaining activities. This position leads program strategy development, execution planning, risk identification and management, resource and budget planning, and continuous improvement of assessment processes. Given the breadth of initiatives within Urology, project scope and complexity may vary, requiring flexibility and adaptability. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring the candidate to work 3 days onsite in our Minnetonka, MN; Maple Grove, MN; or Marlborough, MA location.
