Job Summary Responsible for coordinating the schedule, issues, and risks of Key Account Engineering projects by monitoring daily tasks and communication, as well as creating reports and updates for members of management. Serves as a liaison between team members and other functions to get tasks done in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline.
  • Generally 2-5 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 2-4 years of experience in a related field.
  • Certification is required in some areas.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in preparing and interpreting flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar.
  • Working knowledge of project management software.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience working in an engineering department a plus
  • Experience in concrete (Pre-cast and tilt-up processes).
  • Exposure to or experience in cross-functional work and outsourcing
  • Knowledge of shop drawing preparation a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling and monitoring the daily progress of projects.
  • Coordinating project schedules, resources, and information.
  • Liaising with functional leaders to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
  • Organizing and providing detailed updates to managers and other stakeholders.
  • Planning meetings and organizing project logistics.
